Payment terms:

We will reserve the room for you based on an e-mail or form enquiry and your acceptance of the cost. We require a 50% deposit at time of booking that is not refundable. The outstanding balance of 50% is payable two weeks before arriving.

Bookings made two weeks or less before the arrival date have to be paid in full*. The payment is prefered in euro’s to our Dutch bank account, details of which will be sent to you via e-mail.
